Membership & Enrollment

All new members begin their first reading program in the calendar month following enrollment, regardless of their signup date.
For example, whether you enroll on November 1 or November 30, your child's first program will begin in December.

Yes! Enrollment is open throughout the month. Your first payment is collected immediately, and your membership begins with the following month's reading program.

No. Assigned novels are not included in the membership fee. Families are responsible for purchasing or borrowing the selected book separately.

Premium and Premium Plus memberships include four live online group sessions per monthly program. Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes.
Essential is a self-paced program and does not include live classes.

Class placement and scheduling details will be confirmed by Taylight Academy after enrollment.

Student absences are generally not eligible for makeup classes, credits, or refunds, except where required by applicable law.
If Taylight Academy cancels a class, we will prioritize arranging a makeup session or another appropriate resolution.

No. Premium Plus includes individualized written feedback on eligible weekly writing assignments, but it does not include live one-on-one tutoring sessions.
Shipping & Delivery

Printed workbooks are scheduled to ship on the first day of each program month.
If the first falls on a weekend or postal holiday, shipment may be processed on the next available business day.

Yes! Standard shipping within the United States is included in your monthly membership fee.

Delivery times depend on your location and carrier conditions. We recommend allowing several business days after shipment for your workbook to arrive.
Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

When tracking is available, shipment details will be provided so you can follow your workbook's delivery progress.

If your workbook is delayed, please contact Taylight Academy so we can review its shipping status and assist you.
If your workbook is lost, damaged, or not delivered, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

Premium and Premium Plus members will receive temporary digital learning materials for the relevant week so students can participate in their scheduled class while waiting for the printed workbook.

Address updates must be received before your workbook is prepared for shipment. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.
Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

Your first payment is collected immediately when you enroll and applies to the following month's reading program.
Your membership then renews automatically each month based on your original subscription purchase date. Each successful payment applies to the next unpaid monthly reading program.
For example, if you enroll on November 15, your first payment covers December. Your December 15 payment covers January.

Yes. All three membership plans are monthly subscriptions that automatically renew until canceled.

Yes. You may cancel your subscription before your next scheduled billing date to prevent future recurring charges.
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund payments already processed.
